Specific TAT for our Heavy Spandex, Minky, Holographic, DBP Butter, DBP 250 & DBP 210, Bullet, Scuba, Yoga & Velvet, is app 1-3 days.

Bamboo spandex TAT 12-14 days. Please email bridgette@forgetmenotfabric.com to order. 

Remember TAT begins the following day after your order. 

(If uploading screenshots from our vault please make sure the file name-designer is included in notes also or your custom will be refunded)

  • ** Scaling options- ( add in the notes-Use the notes section to get your desired scaling please.) 
  • Put scaling of your choice- We will scale to your desired scale.
  • Put what you are making in the notes and we will scale accordingly. 
  • Please add in notes approximately what size you would like the main elements in your design. All patterns are different so this is very important. If you ask for 3x3 and we size at 3x3 and the original design was already small and you can barely see the elements we will not be responsible for reprinting. It is very important to please use the notes section to get exactly what you want. 
  • **IF NO SCALE IS GIVEN FMNF WILL SCALE: 
  • DBP, Rib Knit, and Swim- for clothing
  • Bullet, Liverpool, Velvet, and Scuba- for bows

Please note the following widths for printing on each base. This is important if you are printing full yard files, not all bases will accept 60" please see below. 

Please do not order these with screenshots unless it is a screenshot from our vault. Otherwise we cannot guarantee we still have the file and you run the risk of being refunded.

TAT starts the next business day after placing your order. If you order on a Friday, please note that Saturday, Sunday and Monday are all one business day. Therefore your Day 1 would start that following Monday, unless of course Monday is a holiday. Business days can be confusing to calculate but It is very important you adhere to our TAT posted so that you have your fabric in time to sew for your customers and give them a reliable TAT. 

Once your order has been submitted it cannot be changed. Due to volume we are not able to check if your files are seamless. Please make sure you only submit seamless files. If you are unsure about your design or scaling please check with your seamless designer. Our Facebook group is so helpful when it comes to seamless questions. We have an entire post sharing all of our amazing seamless designers.

You can upload your own high-resolution, seamless design, or browse our NEW Vaulted Collection which has over 5,000 files to choose from. Please download the file(s) you want and don't screenshot them. *DISCLAIMER* Please note when you send in your own artwork we do not print this fabric unless we own a commercial license to it. Only under circumstances such as a misprint, over print, would we offer your print for sale. This does happen, not frequent, but it can happen. Please note this so that you are not disappointed if you see your fabric in a mystery box for sale on Facebook only. We will not add any file that we do not commercially own for sale on our website. However, we do have the right to sell misprints, flawed yards for sale on our Facebook page. This is a risk that is taken with custom printing.

*IMPORTANT REGARDING RUSH ORDERS*

****Rush orders are not always available based on the influx of orders we have. Please reach out directly to bridgette@forgetmenotfabric.com if you have a question regarding a rush. It is very important to us that we get orders shipped out in a timely manner and we will not take rush orders if we feel that will slow any other orders down. 

If you choose to place a RUSH on your custom order please note the following:

RUSH is per yard. If you order 5 yards your fee is $25. Rushes do not get discounted or put on sale ever. You cannot add a rush to just part of your custom order. If you don't want to rush the entire order then you will need to make separate orders with the orders that need the rush. Rush orders cut your TAT in half.
