How fast do orders ship?

In-stock fabrics dispatch within 1–3 business days from our East Coast and Midwest hubs. Custom-printed yardage is made to order and typically ships within 7–14 business days. Bulk runs take 10–21 business days.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Shipping Note: Orders containing both specialty knits and natural fibers are dispatched rapidly from our dual regional fulfillment hubs and may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

What shipping methods and rates do you offer?

Rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard ground and expedited options are available; tracking is emailed the moment each package leaves a hub.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Canadian and international orders are handled case by case — contact us before ordering and we'll quote you directly.

Can I order a sample or strike-off first?

Yes. We recommend a strike-off for any large or bulk run so you can confirm color and print scale on your chosen base.

How do I choose the right print scale?

Accepted Answer

Use the Scale Visualizer on our Custom Printing and Design Gallery pages to preview how a print repeats across 1, 2, and 5 yards of 56" wide fabric.

Do you offer returns on custom printing?

Accepted Answer

Custom-printed fabric is made to order and is not returnable, except in the case of a print or fabric defect. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy on in-stock fabric?

Accepted Answer

Uncut, unwashed in-stock yardage may be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Question 9

My package is lost or damaged — what now?

Accepted Answer

Email us with your order number and photos within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll open a carrier claim and reprint or replace your fabric as quickly as possible.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

In-stock orders can be changed or cancelled before they are picked. Custom print orders can be cancelled only before production begins, usually within 12 hours of ordering.
